For success of any enterprise/business three things are most important. According to priority they are

  1. Attitude
  2. Knowledge
  3. Hard-work

Even though you have all infra structure you cannot succeed in any venture with out the above qualities. Many new establishments tumble due to the lack of the above virtues in the promoters.
