We don’t count on numbers
When I read the book ” Don’t count on it!” by John . C . Bogle recently, I was convinced on the steady growth of our company Genlite during the last three decades. During these years we never believed in the measurable goals alone ( like targets, market shares and costs ). We were more concentrating on character, integrity, trust and conviction, which can not be measured but are important to a firm’s success as precise numbers. We draw inspiration from our customers’ trust rather than our laurels. This has given us innumerable repeat customers. Most measurements are inherently short – term in nature, but far more durable qualities drive a company’s success over the long-term.
